procedures for ECE graduation

1. fill out the audit form audit form
2. Please be sure to list your name
3. Please be sure use your Fairfield student # leading zeros are preserved if you use a "'" before the zeros
4. use 3 characters for the term, F08, S11, U12, for Fall 2008, Spring 2011 and Summer 2012, etc.
5. Please be sure to check if you did not do the thesis option
6. Use the form that reflects the year you were admitted on
7. be sure to use course names cr hrs and crs numbers from the course list
8. if you are unsure of your grades, get your grad. evaluation from stag web or the SOE office (203)254-4147. Ask for Lorraine
